Sevani was born to Edita and Gagik Manucharian. He is the younger brother of V Sevani, a member of the boy band NLT. Adam started dancing from a very young age - starting in his parents' dancing studio, Synthesis Dance Center. Sevani loves the spotlight and is considered a great talent in the areas of singing, acting and dancing. However, at this point - his dancing outshines his other abilities. Adam believes that "dance is universal" and that it "speaks to all languages".

Sevani was praised by The New York Times for portraying a character who "might be the baddest nerd in movie history,".[1] He also received the 2008 Young Hollywood Award for 'Best Scene Stealer' for his role as Moose in Step Up 2.

Adam performed in NLT's first music video "That Girl". He also choreographed NLT's latest video "Karma".

He was featured in a J.C. Penney Children's Apparel commercial.

Sevani has appeared in such music videos as: Mase's "Breathe, Stretch, Shake", Will Smith's "Switch",T-Pain's "Church" and Missy Elliot's "I'm Really Hot". He is also credited as a back-up dancer for Kevin Federline's performance on the Teen Choice Awards in 2006.

Adam was a part of FlyKidz, a singing group and children's television show on the CBS network, and was in an outtake of the film, Superbad
