It is night and Agito is carving his own Road into other Storm Riders to boost his team's territory, without Ikki knowing however this night he is approached by the same "mysterious skater". Agito's plan may have come into affect when team Kogarasumaru are suddenly challenged by and unusually large and strong D-Rank team "Behemoth".
