Hawke and Dominic have agreed to Archangel's request for them to take part in a series of tests for an Airwolf simulator designed by Dr. Robert Winchester. Winchester was involved in the construction of Airwolf and was a test-pilot for it like Hawke, and who now is now jealous and bitter at Hawke's getting to fly the real thing. But unbeknown to Winchester or anyone involved with the programme, his attractive assistant is an undercover KGB agent who is romantically manipulating him in a plot to steal the real Airwolf and get it's specifications for the KGB to build their own...
