Amber Benson

Amber Benson was born in Birmingham, Alabama. At the age of fourteen, her family moved to Los Angeles where Amber began her professional career as an actor and writer. Since then she has made over a dozen films, including Steven Soderberghs "King of the Hill" and "Imaginary Crimes" with Harvey Keitel, yet it wasnt until her three season stint as Tara Maclay on the hit show "Buffy The Vampire Slayer" that Amber came to wider acclaim. Amber is also the author (with Christopher Golden) of an animated science fiction series for the BBC called "The Ghosts of Albion" and three "Buffy"-related comic books for Dark Horse Comics.
