The final episode finds the four remaining workers going back to 3 of the hardest jobs, logging, oil rigging and crab fishing where a winner will be determined. The prize money will be all the salaries combined from each job performed.

12 people leave their comfortable lives and easy jobs to see if they have what it takes to tackle the hardest jobs in America. The competitions and stunts will test people's strength, endurance, perseverance, stamina and fortitude and will see if they have what it takes to psyche out their opponents and to keep from being psyched out themselves. Each week at the end of that episode, their new boss and colleagues will decide if their performance was good enough and then will decide who is going to be sent home. Each week the ejected person's salary goes into the prize pot and by the end of the season the last remaining contestant at game's end takes home the entire cash pot prize winnings.
