In the Season 1 finale, the final three contestants tap into the culinary and business knowledge they've gained from the series to launch their mini-restaurants for a soft opening. Afterward, the winning restaurateur is named. The winner earns restaurant openings in three locations---Hollywood, Minneapolis and New York City.
