Career
Zurer won Best Actress awards on both the Jerusalem Film Festival and the Israel Academy for her role in Nina's Tragedies. She has appeared in such other Israeli features as For Sasha, The Revenge of Itzik Finkelstein, The Dybbuk of Holy Apple Field, Desperado Square, and Electricity Man. Her TV roles include the Israeli series A Matter of Time, Florentine, Betipul, and the telefilm A Night Without Lola.
Zurer has also appeared in the English-language films Vantage Point and Snappers, and will star in the upcoming 2008 movie Adam Resurrected.
In April 2008, Zurer was cast as the female lead in The Da Vinci Code prequel, Angels and Demons.

Ayelet July Zurer (born June 28, 1969) is an Israeli actress, perhaps best known for her roles in Nina's Tragedies and Munich. Sometimes referred to as the ice princess, due to some of her roles, she is one of the most acclaimed actresses in Israel.
