TV ratings: ABC wins night behind 'Bachelor Pad' block

Fast National ratings for Monday, Sept. 12, 2011In the last remaining days before the Fall TV season starts in earnest, ABC won the night with its Summer reality fare "Bachelor Pad." The three-hour block of the program, dominated the night, beating out NBC and the "2011 Miss Universe Pageant." CBS's prime time line-up was altered after the U.S. Open coverage pushed everything back about 35 minutes.ABC averaged 7.1 million viewers and a 4.7 rating/7 share easily winning the crown. NBC wrapped up second place (4.9 million, 3.2/5), FOX followed (4.6 million, 2.9/4), CBS's re-run heavy night came in fourth (4.2 million, 2.8/4) and The CW came in last (1.2 million, 0.9/1).ABC and the "Bachelor Pad" block propelled the network to an easy win in the 18-49 demographic with a 2.3 rating....
