Break a Leg is the story of DAVID PENN, a writer who just got his first sitcom deal. The problem is, sometime at the end of the season, David is going to die. As he narrates his story from beginning to end, telling us about the crazy world of Hollywood -- where child actors live in the sewers and guilds go to war with one another -- we inch ever closer to his impending end.
