The girls are 'arrested' by Nolé Marin for their crimes of fashion and are then sent to a court room where Jay Manuel tells each girl the verdict of their 'crime'. Their sentence? A makeover! The challenge this week involves the girls embracing their new do's and using a limited amount of time to put together a fashionable "look" revolving around one specific item. During the photo shoot, the girls wear high fashion Italian designs and must balance on the height of a ladder while creating chemistry with a male co model. Final judging sends one hopeful home after the panel decides her heart just isn't in the competition.
