Community fans have long understood that Shirley's ex-husband, Andre, is a womanizing jerk. So what to make of the fact that he's actually a friendly guy — and played by the actor who portrayed lovable Theo Huxtable on The Cosby Show? Malcolm-Jamal Warner joins the NBC comedy January 20 for a three-episode arc in which Shirley (Yvette Nicole Brown) and Andre are dating again — and Shirley informs the gang she's pregnant, though Troy (Donald Glover) realizes the baby may not be Andre's. "You've heard all these awful things Andre's done, and then you meet him and it's Bill Cosby's son!" says Glover. Brown agrees that Warner "comes with such inherent goodwill. Just his face rehabilitates Andre immediately." To Read More Click Here.

Showing absolutely no respect for his elders whatsoever, Joel McHale of 'Community' takes several potshots at Regis Philbin's age on 'Live With Regis and Kelly' (weekdays, syndicated). First, McHale jokes that 79-year-old Philbin "knew the Wright brothers." Then, he segues into a story involving an old couple he traveled with on a flight, but starts to say they were nowhere near as old as Philbin himself. But the final insult comes as McHale delivers a backhanded compliment on Philbin's long-running career. "You are the king of all television," he said. "Like, when radio started, you probably went on radio and ... you just started bursting into people's homes." "That's the third one!" complained Philbin. "When does he stop?!" Source & Video
This season of Community has been, among other things, a confident ode to pop culture, taking on everything from the zombie genre and RoboCop to a Secret Garden/Mean Girls overlap. And now, the students of Greendale are taking on another gem: the stop-motion holiday special. We first heard about it this fall, and now, there’s a glorious photo to further whet the collective appetite. Community is the first show I watch on Thursday nights, and that’s saying something. I love 30 Rock, I love Big Bang Theory, I have to watch The Office, Grey’s has had this ridiculous resurgence this season and I’m obsessed again, and sometimes Bones can’t wait for the weekend. But my first choice is always Community. To Read More Click Here.
