Conan Christopher O'Brien (born April 18, 1963) is an American television host, television writer and comedian, best known as host of NBC's Late Night with Conan O'Brien from 1993-2009. He was a writer for the animated series The Simpsons during the early '90s before leaving to pursue a career as a late night talk show host. He will replace Jay Leno as host of The Tonight Show on June 1, 2009.
