Forget the dancing. Far more was going on Monday (Oct. 24) on "Dancing With the Stars." Really, there were very few surprises in the leader boards. Karina Smirnoff and J.R. Martinez tied with Ricki Lake and Derek Hough for first place with two 10's each and we had the first group dance of the season on this Broadway-themed show. Kristin Chenoweth performed. 'Dancing With the Stars' welcomes Kristin Chenoweth

Broadway baby Kristin Chenoweth is bringing a little of the Great White Way to "Dancing With the Stars" next week. The Emmy and Tony Award winning singer and actress is helping "DWTS" celebrate a night full of show tunes.K-Chen will perform a medley of "Maybe This Time" from "Cabaret" and "I Could Have Danced All Night" from "My Fair Lady" on Monday, Oct. 24. The pint-sized songbird will then be back on Tuesday, Oct. 25 for the "DWTS" results show to perform "Lessons Learned" from her debut country album titled "Some Lessons Learned."It's just a warm-up to seeing Chenoweth back on ABC full time since "Pushing Daisies, "as her new dramedy "GBC" comes to ABC, tentatively schedule for early 2012. It was a great night of entertainment this week on the elimination installment of 'Dancing With the Stars' (Tue., 8PM ET on ABC). With both Kelly Clarkson and The Band Perry on hand to provide the musical interludes, it was easy to forget that we were going to have to lose someone this week. Carson Kressly had the lowest scores from the judges, but the person with the lowest scores hasn't gone him since Week One.
