Mr. O'Neill tells his students to try to fail at something they are good at, to achieve personal growth. Daria and Mack fail (therefore succeeding), but Brittany and Kevin succeed - Brittany gets alienated by her fellow cheerleaders and Kevin gets kicked off the football team.
