The story begins telling of the "war" that took place three years previous where America was the host of yet another civil war. Riots and violence plagued the country, so the government locked all the criminals away in a desolate city in what appears to be California called the Red Zone. The leader of the criminals known as the Reaper, played by Raven, is gathering bodies and extracting the Sarin to put in an under ground water suplie to poison the whole nation. The government found about his plans through a wi-fi camera operated by a mole in the red zone.

The Governor puts together the idea to host a death race in order to stop the reaper. They assemble four teams of racers and offer them prizes for killing as many criminals as possible gathering points, the grand prize is the racers freedom. The four teams are two members of the severed head gang (S.H.G.), Homeland Security in a standard issue army jeep, Vaginamight in a lotus, and the Insane Clown Posse in an evil ice cream truck, the icp were incarcerated for their music influencing many murders and a school massacre, becoming the Charles Manson of their generation. One member of the S.H.G. questions "what's to stop us from driving off into the sunset?" where the Governor pushes a button and the convicts head explodes. The three teams of two and the now solo fred the hammer valintine start the race all totally dominating over the incredibly slow and stupid criminals who seem to want to die and get in the way at any chance. Some criminals are shot others are blown up, run over and my favorite groud into mince meat via the evil icecream truck. Icp get a flat tire and the caravan of death stops for long enough to say "fuck these stupid clowns" and leave due to the criminals lurking in the shadows. The rest of the teams leave and a fight scene insues between icp and some criminals. Immediately after the fight ICP witnesses an explosion and go to investigate it where they see the homeland security jeep blown up with two burying corpses inside. After investigating they find the mole and take him with them. The mole tells them of an ambush at their first destination, the garage, set up by the Reaper. The remaining racers reach the garage to find ICP waiting outside who tells everyone else that it's an ambush. The racers all work together to surprise the ambushers who are all killed by the team effort. Unfortunately their mole is killed by the Reaper's metal man who then attacks the racers and is hit but not destroyed by government inside men missiles. With their brief moment of peace they fix their cars and then dispatch. Fred the hammer is driving through the red zone when he comes across a sign that reads "BAR" which is merely a table with a couple of cans. He stops to get a drink and the "bar tender" fills a can full of urine which Fred drinks unknowing of the contents. Fred beats the bar tender thoroughly and then gets into a fight with some criminals which he dismembers with a sythe.

After the fight the bartender knocks out Fred with a wrench. He awakes to being chained up by his neck, feet and armsand is about to be torn apart when the inside men save him. The two girls stop outside of some building and are attacked by the metal man again sho then takes queen bee inside and rapes her but is thwarted by fred and double d-struction with the combined efforts of the three of them they manage to kill the metal man with a lethal injection. After the rescue the girls get back to their normal behavior and fred becomes jealous which leads to a fight between him and queen bee who kill each other. Shaggy and Jay find two women on the side of the road who take the clowns to a tent where they meet the leader of the babylon's whores who want the duo's balls, at which they attack the women with their axes and ask the leader about the reaper saying "if the reaper is someone the governor wants dead, maybe he's someone we don't want dead." but she says he's pure evil and he'll kill them with no remorse and they kill her. The clowns arrive at the reapers layer remarking they thought it would be bigger. They infiltrate the fortress sneaking through the halls. Double d comes around one corner that Shaggy was also turning and he sticks his cleaver in her shoulder, on seeing it wasn't a henchman of the reaper he says "Nope, your bad, not mine. yours." they then get into the main room where the reaper and his lackeys are about to dump the sarin into the water. Jay throws his hatchet into the back of Dr. Shyank who was about to flip the switch and then a rocket blasts through the room from the inside. Men who reveal themselves to be Homeland Security who faked their own deaths. Believing the reaper died in the explosion they retrieve a hand and go to meet the governor who is offering their freedom in the clowns truck. The clowns emerge from the rubble and an injured Jay tells shaggy to go after homeland security. After Shaggy leaves the reaper appears and jay tries to stop him from reaching the switch. When homeland security arrive at the finish line they go up to the governors podium and Shaggy rises from the back of the truck and starts shooting, the governor grabs the button and presses it blowing apart the clowns' heads, but Jay is still in the base and right next to a barrel of sarin which is highly volatile and the explosion causes a chain reaction blowing up the country.
