James Denton Hopes for a Housewives Renewal — and "a Little More of the Dark Delfino"

Forget the serial killer — the most distressing mystery on Wisteria Lane is whether or not the idyllic street will be vacant next fall. "I wish I knew if we were coming back. It would be nice to know if we had a Season 8," Desperate Housewives star James Denton (Mike Delfino) told TV Guide Magazine at Thursday's Lupus LA Orange Ball, where he was performing with Band from TV and co-star Teri Hatcher. Susan's Poisoned Cookies Are a Hit at a School Function on 'Desperate Housewives' (VIDEO)

At this rate, the parents at M.J.'s school are never going to like Susan on 'Desperate Housewives' (Sun., 9PM ET on ABC). Especially after she got on the PA system and announced that the cookies she'd brought to the event were poisoned, and then promptly got arrested for them. Poor Susan was a mess, trying to find her cookies before anyone could eat them, and eventually resorting to that announcement. "About those cookies I made, don't eat them. They're poisoned," she said. "My cookies will kill you." With the police arrival, there wasn't time to explain that it wasn't her fault the cookies were poisoned. And that they were never intended for the parents anyway. They were intended for Paul, and they were poisoned by Felicia.
