This series features the first eight Doctors. The 9th and 10th Doctor were shown in 2005's Doctor Who series, which can be found at Doctor Who (2005).

Missing Episodes

Unfortunately not all episodes of the series are still available, as the BBC followed a practice of wiping old tapes to reuse them. All in all, 27 serials are missing completely or partially. Also, from some episodes only the audio remained.

Some have been reconstructed from off-screen photographs, remaining clips and other footage (called recons), others have been animated.
