Season 1, Episode 13 - "Epitaph One"

This episode is not currently scheduled to air as FOX paid for 13 episodes (which included the unaired pilot, Echo), reducing the number of episodes they could air to 12. However, because the studio makes DVD deals based on the original number of 13, this episode was created as a standalone episode set after episode 12. FOX currently has no plans to pay for or air this episode. It is currently unknown if this episode will air as part of the first season when broadcast in international markets.

episode played at end of 1st season in uk - i can see how and why not the series was picked up - this 'pilot' is too confusing - trying to pump too much info into one episode.
