"Everything's Cool" is a "toxic comedy" that follows a group of activists as they try to raise awareness of the most dangerous chasm ever to emerge between scientific understanding and political action â Global Warming. The good news: America finally gets global warming; the chasm is closing and the debate is over. The bad news: the United States, the country that will determine the fate of the globe, must transform its fossil fuel-based economy fast... like in a minute! While the industry-funded naysayers sing what just might be their swan song of doubt and deception, a group of self-appointed global warming messengers are on a life or death quest to find the iconic image and proper language that will create the public political will to push for "new energy" economy. Everything's Cool tells the harrowing story of what it takes to talk about global warming -- the art of duking it out with collective denial, the struggle to communicate the urgency of the crisis to an indifferent public and a laggard United States government.
