Felicity Huffman (born December 9, 1962) is an American film and television actress. She is well known for her role as Lynette Scavo, the hectic busy Super-Mom on the ABC hit show Desperate Housewives which debuted in 2004, and for which Huffman won an Emmy Award. A year later, her role as a transwoman in the independent film Transamerica was praised by many critics and earned her an Academy Award nomination and a Golden Globe Award.
