Photo: TNT Greg Archer: Congratulations on everything. Heather Locklear: Wait? Did I get married or something? Greg Archer: On the new role. Heather Locklear: [Laughs]. Yes. It's great. Greg Archer: What made you say yes to playing Rachel? Heather Locklear: The show is really funny and written well, and with good actors and people surrounding it, so it wasn't that hard to say yes. But also because it wasn't a straightforward legal show. I liked the comedy in it. Greg Archer: It has some spunk. Heather Locklear: So good. They are so cute together, those two [Meyer and Gosselaar]. They should be a couple. Greg Archer: You know, maybe they should. Perhaps in a dream sequence. Heather Locklear [Laughs]: My dream sequence. The kind of stuff I like. Greg Archer: Well, we seem to be on the same track. But I digress. So, tell us more about your character, Rachel King. The trouble-making street lawyers will be relocating to Malibu for season three, and TNT has released a new video featuring stars Mark-Paul Gosselaar and Breckin Meyer explaining the move. While neither actor gives much away, Gosselaar does promise there will be “surf, sun and law” after the boys are forced out of their Silver Lake home base. I now have a new reason to tune in to Franklin & Bash . When TNT's legal dramedy returns June 19, Heather Locklear will bring her signature sass as the firm's new partner, trial lawyer Rachel King, who never misses an opportunity to bash both Peter Bash ( Mark-Paul Gosselaar ) and Jared Franklin ( Breckin Meyer ). "They are frat boys who need discipline," Locklear says. "She'd really like to get rid of them." http://www.tvguide.com/News/Kecks-Exclusives-Heather-Locklear-Franklin-Bash-1065569.aspx?rss=breakingnews
"Franklin & Bash" Season 3 will premiere earlier than expected as TNT has made some shifts in its summer schedule."Franklin" is now set to return on June 19, a full month earlier than the previously announced July 24.The network has also pushed the premiere of "Rizzoli & Isles" Season 4 and "Perception" Season 2 to June 25. But that's just one week later than the previously announced June 18.That shift also caused TNT to push the premiere of unscripted series "Cold Justice" -- which will inherit the "Perception" timeslot -- by one week from August 27 to September 3.Launching "Franklin" earlier puts the legal dramedy starring Mark-Paul Gosselaar and Breckin Meyer on the same schedule as the rest of the network's summer offerings and means TNT will have original scripted programming on Sunday-Wednesday for most of the summer season.TNT's revised summer premiere schedule follows:Thursday, June 69 p.m. "The Hero"10 p.m. "72 Hours"Sunday, June 99 p.m.... http://blog.zap2it.com/frominsidethebox/2013/04/franklin-bash-season-3-premiere-moved-up-as-tnt-tweaks-summer-schedule.html
