Actress Jane Lynch is delighted her idol Olivia Newton-John agreed to a cameo appearance in "Glee" - because her dog is named after the "Grease" star. Lynch's character, sports teacher Sue Sylvester, will sing hit track "Let's Get Physical" with Newton-John in an upcoming episode of the musical show. And the 49 year old admits it's a dream come true to perform with the singer/actress. She says, "Sue Sylvester will be singing 'Let's Get Physical' with Olivia Newton-John. I cannot wait to meet her. I met her once at a premiere of a movie she did but this will be (better). I'll get to hang out with her." "I named my dog after her! I was a huge fan of hers and always loved the name too, so Olivia Newton-John lives in my dog Olivia." Source Here

While Glee is on a long midseason hiatus, the cast and crew are hard at work with new episodes, set to debut on April 13th. Recently, I spoke to one of the show's stars, Dianna Agron, who plays the pregnant, former cheerleader Quinn Fabray. Fabray spoke about what's to come on the show, including the return of Kristin Chenoweth and Joss Whedon directing an upcoming episode. To Read More Click Here .
First Lady Michelle Obama has invited the " Glee " cast to perform before her and her family at the White House Easter Egg Roll. The Obama girls, Malia and Sasha, are reportedly big fans of the show, and so is Michelle. Fox sources have confirmed to Entertainment Weekly that producers of the musical series have re-arranged their hectic schedule to accommodate the honorable gig. The annual event, which is also attended by important people, will be held on April 5 this year. The show meanwhile, will be back on screen with original episodes on April 13. Stacy Ferguson aka Fergie of Black Eyed Peas performed at last year's bash. This year, the President and First Lady have announced that the theme will be "Ready, Set, Go!", promoting health and wellness. The event will feature live music, sports courts, cooking stations, storytelling and Easter egg rolling. Children aged 12 and younger are welcomed to the South Lawn for the egg hunt. Tickets will be distributed through an online lottery system which will be run on March 1. The result will be announced three days later at Recreation.gov. Source Here
Question: What's going on with Katherine Heigl? Is she ever going to be returning to Grey's Anatomy? -Hannah Ausiello: Last I heard, she's due back on the Grey's set at the end of the month, which means we probably won't see Izzie again until late April. Coincidentally, that's right around the time a very special patient will be checking into Seattle Grace: Alex's brother! Sources confirm to me exclusively that Grey's is currently casting the role of Karev's estranged sibling. For those keeping score at home, this will be our first time meeting a member of Karev's troubled clan. Look for bro to dredge up a lot of ugly family history, including that nasty business about daddy beating mommy. Question: What's up with the Mercy West residents on Grey's Anatomy? Will they be sticking around next season? -PT Ausiello: I'm fairly certain one of them won't be. A reliable source tells me that one of the four has received his/her walking papers and will exit the show before the end of the season. Guesses? Scroll down to the comments! More Here:
Sue Sylvester in a Madonna bra. Glee fans don't need another reason to tune in to the return of this musical comedy on April 13. But Matthew Morrison and Jessalyn Gilsig have given us one: This pair of Glee cast members spoke to E! News this week and said the show's Will/Emma/Terri love triangle is far from over, even though the first-half of season one concluded with a kiss between the first two characters. "Things are on the outs for me and Terri, but she's still gonna come back and try and ruin my life, I'm sure," Morrison said. "I might be with Emma, might have some other possible love interests." Other love interests?!? Come on. There's only so much Wemma believers can handle. To Read More Click here .
The TV season is just getting started, but today FOX announced the finale dates for the 2009-2010 season including the end dates for American Idol, Glee, Bones, and 24. Shows will start wrapping up in April with the Wanda Sykes show bowing out first on April 9, while Glee will be the last show to wrap up on June 8. Seeing that Glee doesn't start new episodes until after Wanda Sykes has had her last, the long stretch of finales makes sense. To Read More Click Here .
Cory Monteith relishes playing a student on hit U.S. show "Glee" - because he dropped out of high school when he was a teenager. The 27-year-old Canadian actor plays heart-throb Finn Hudson in the hit U.S. musical comedy based in a fictional Ohio school. And Monteith, who dropped out of high school in the ninth grade, admits being on set feels like the education he never had. He tells Britain's OK! magazine, "I didn't really go to high school. I started working when I was 16." "I had a million jobs from the time I was 15 or 16 until I was 20 or so. I was really poor as a kid and I worked at a car lot - the first job I had was washing cars. We're such a tight unit (on the show), that 'Glee' club of ours - what you see on screen is real life in a lot of ways." Source Here
