Tomorrow night, Glee will dedicate an entire episode to Madonna. We absolutely can't wait, especially after hearing from the Material Girl herself about it. But while we'll cover that installment in-depth right after it airs - updating our Glee music and quotes section accordingly; and penning a detailed recap/review - let's look even further ahead for a few moments. Later this season, the Fox hit will focus on another iconic singer for a full hour: the cast will go all out for a series of Lady Gaga interpretations. Said creator Ryan Murphy about one upcoming number: "Lea and Idina Menzel will do an acoustic version of Poker Face... It's sort of like a stripped-down mother-daughter Poker Face that Lady Gaga was involved in." Yes, he said "mother-daughter." As fans wonder if Murphy just gave away a major spoiler, we also encourage you to check out the photos below. They're behind-the-scenes shots of Chris Colfer and Jenna Ushkowitz getting their Gaga costumes on... Source & More Photos

Executive producer Ryan Murphy was on hand to accept the award, along with Jane Lynch, Chris Colfer, Dianna Agron, Jessalyn Gilsig, Kevin McHale, Cory Monteith, Amber Riley, Mark Salling, and Jenna Ushkowitz. The Vanguard Award was presented to Barrymore for her work in speaking publically in favor of gay marriage. Sykes, an active LGBT educator, was honored with the Stephen F. Madonna turned down a cameo in an upcoming episode of " Glee " dedicated to the Queen of Pop - because she has never heard of the TV show. Producers of the hit show, which chronicles the lives and loves of a group of talented teens, were thrilled when they received word the "Material Girl" 's team had given them the OK to use her back catalogue in an episode to air in America next week. But the permission didn't come from the pop superstar directly - and now it emerges she refused to make a guest appearance on the programme. A source tells Popeater.com, "Madonna doesn't have a TV and has no idea what 'Glee' is. The show (producers) did ask her if she wanted to make an appearance in the much-hyped Madonna episode." "She said, 'No thanks', and to be honest she would rather they sing an Elton John song than butcher one of hers." Source Here
"Glee" is officially dancing again on FOX and next week is the highly-anticipated Madonna-centric episode. Mr. Schuester is concerned that the girls in the glee club are being disrespected and bullied by the guys. Looking to Madonna and her musical message of equality as inspiration, he challenges the entire team to choose Madonna songs as their next assignment. He hopes that the girls embrace her strength, independence and confidence and that the guys will see the error of their misogynistic ways. The glee club takes the assignment to heart as they perform some of Madonna's greatest hits, including "Express Yourself" and "Like a Prayer." Meanwhile, Kurt and Mercedes give Sue a vote of confidence with a makeover that is definitely in "Vogue." So loud is the buzz surrounding this April 20 episode that FOX decided to release a compilation of all the Madonna's song mash-ups. The album, titled "Glee:The Music, The Power of Madonna", is set for April 20 release in the U.S. but it's already on pre-sale on Amazon. Beside the mentioned songs above, there will be "Borderline", "Open Your Heart", "Like a Virgin", "4 Minutes", and "What It Feels Like for a Girl". Source & Preview
Glee returns tonight with quite the shocker: Finn (Cory Monteith) and Rachel (Lea Michele) are breaking up! After 13 episodes of Rachel pining for Finn, their relationship is about to do a complete 180 when her attention turns elsewhere. "Rachel is a little busy right now because she's fallen in love with someone else," Michele says. "Rachel will always love Finn, but she's met her match right now with someone that she really likes who also really likes her." Meet Jesse St. James (Jonathan Groff), the male lead for competing glee club Vocal Adrenaline. "He's her opposite in a sense," says Michele. "It's interesting to see her with a fair sparring partner." So how does Finn feel about Rachel's new man? "Finn has never dealt with another Alpha dog in the pack, so he really is struggling with how to handle that challenge," Monteith says. "He might throw up the dukes a little bit." Meanwhile, Finn will have dating issues of his own when Santana (Naya Rivera) pursues him... aggressively. To Read More Click Here .
With Glee - spring debut airing tonight, what better time could there be to start scooping the finale! As you know, the season-ender - airing June 8 - sets the stage for the Regionals showdown between New Directions and Vocal Adrenaline. Of course, no competition would be complete without a panel of celebrity judges, and at last night's comeback party in Hollywood, series creator Ryan Murphy revealed the lineup: Previous Glee guest Josh Groban will be joining upcoming Glee guest Olivia Newton-John and Sue 'Don't Call Me Simon' Sylvester on the panel. Welcome to a new week of TV! Your SideReel editorial team has been bringing you weekly columns all about what's happening in TV throughout the week, so check out all our columns so far at the bottom of this article. Now to the juicy TV of the week! Gleek OUT! I'll be watching a lot of TV this week, but there's one show return this week that an enormous gaggle of Gleeks and I have been looking forward to for months: why Glee of course!! Since (almost) all of us here at SideReel adore Glee, we're running a Glee Showdown where you can vote for your favorite touching moment from the first half of the season. Picking a favorite Glee moment is like picking a favorite child to me, but I'll try to channel my inner Lucille Bluth on this one! From the choices Alex put together for our showdown, I have to go with Kurt coming out to his dad as my top touching moment. As for the big Glee episode this week, here's what I'm DYING to see more about: *Will & Emma - what happened after the big fall finale kiss?? *What's up with the promos showing Sue Sylvester in bed with Principal Figgins?? *Will Quinn and Puck get together now that they've been outed? *What will Quinn do now that she's lost her secret adoption mama? *Can anyone have a love interest outside of the glee club? (AKA will Finn just turn to Rachel in his time of Quinn betrayal, or will we see him with a new girl next?) *It looks like it's time for Kurt to have a boyfriend! Can this go well or will it just result in him needing to wear full rain gear daily for slushie defense? What are you most excited to see unfold on Glee's big return? Other TV I'm Psyched For This Week House - After yet another break, House finally returns Monday night with an all new episode! It looks like a pretty typical episode, but I'm just happy to have Dr. House back in my regular Monday lineup. Life UneXpected - It's time for the season finale already! It's the big Cate-Ryan wedding, and of course the promos showed the cliche moment of Baze busting into the church during the ceremony. Will this turn into the ultimate showdown in this love triangle, or was that just typical Baze running late for a big event? Or maybe he wasn't invited because of his confusing past with Cate? Can't wait to find out and here's hoping we aren't left with just a huge cliffhanger. Ugly Betty - Yes, it's time to say goodbye to our beloved Ugly Betty. (Check out our " This Week in TV " video where Rachel tells me I must let go of Betty!) I feel like this one still had another season or two of life left in it, but since it's a show where I've become more attached to the characters finding their way in fictional life than actually getting to watch the show from week to week, I'll be happy enough to say goodbye as long as it leaves us with a satisfying ending. After last week's episode where Betty pulled her head out of the fashion magazine sand, it looks like it's time for her to have some good career revelations which may mean leaving MODE, and surprise, surprise, Henry's going to appear since Betty drunk-called him in London! This is looking like an open window to happiness for Betty, and most of the rest of the characters, so that's all I need! What are you most excited for this week on TV? You've been hearing about it for a while - the Glee Madonna episode. Today FOX released the next three episodes to the press and I've done nothing this evening but immerse myself in Glee. The Madonna episode which will be airing on April 20 is AMAZING! There's more awesome dancing in one episode than we've seen all year so far and this is a very good thing. Furthermore, the second half of season 1 seems to contain ten times more Brittany and Santana and those two are the funniest characters on this show. Every word out of Brittany's mouth makes me giggle like a 14 year old girl. To Read More Click Here .
