Chris Colfer on Kissing Darren Criss: "Damn!"

The cast takes us inside "Original Song" which is a monumental one for New Directions (the title explains it all) and for Kurt's love life (thanks to Blaine *sigh*). Chris Colfer admits how he really felt about his 3rd kiss on the show.

A Singing Voice "Is Silenced Forever" in Glee's "Original Song"

It’s Tuesday, and that means it’s time for a little   Glee  Tease-O-Rama! Tonight’s episode —   “Original Song”   — is a BIG one: Several plotlines that have been slowly simmering finally come to a simultaneous boil. Regionals is upon us, delivering a major showdown between McKinley High’s New Directions, the Dalton Academy Warblers, and the   Sue Sylvester ( Jane Lynch )-headed Oral Intensity; the glee club’s efforts to craft an original grow increasingly urgent; and in classic Glee style, there’s a KISS THAT CHANGES EVERYTHING! Let’s just get this out there: We love this one. “Original Song” packs the kind of wow factor we’d expect from a season-ender — and there are still more episodes to come! Read More...

'Glee's' Darren Criss: Are people setting Criss traps in New York?

On Tuesday's "Glee" episode, Blaine (Darren Criss) and Kurt (Chris Colfer) finally got together! It's the moment we've been waiting for since Blaine sung his way into our hearts with "Teenage Dream." Since then, he's become a regular fixture on our Driving-to-Work Playlist, and our Monday playlist, and our Rainy Day playlist... basically any playlist that serves a cheering-up purpose.Criss has come a long way since looking for love on bad reality shows -- rumor has it he's in talks to become a regular "Glee" cast member in Season 3. (Of course, those rumors come from Ryan Murphy, so we'll hold off on believing them.)Now that the Dalton Academy Warblers have been knocked out of the running for Nationals (even though, frankly, we thought their performance was way better than the New Directions' original songs), will we still be seeing Blaine and Kurt on "Glee"? Sources tell us they'll still be in the mix.We can't...

'Glee': Was Kathy Griffin totally wasted?

"Before we start I would like to say that I am not a witch," says Kathy Griffin in her debut "Glee" cameo.Griffin is quite possibly one of the funniest women on Earth. So, we were of course, a little bummed to see that she only made it to the screen for about 90 seconds total of "Original Song." Sure, the show is about the "Glee"-tastic songs and Quinn/Finn/Rachel and Blurt, but when a resource like Kathy Griffin comes along, don't squander it. She should have at least been given the opportunity to sing.Still, she made the most of her short time on screen playing a Sarah Palin-esque politician. Or, to be specific, Tammy Jean Albertson -- "Twitterer and former Tea Party candidate" -- who was brought in to judge regionals along with a nun who was quite possibly a stripper and Rod Remington, professional gadabout.Griffin's character was clearly anti-gay -- which may have had something...

'Glee': 'Troutymouth' and 'Big [cough] Heart' -- the songs we won't be able to download

Two songs from Wednesday's (March 15)  "Original Song" episode probably won't make it to the top of the iTunes charts, like lots of other "Glee" songs, but amidst all the excitement of the Blurt kiss and the Quinn/Finn/Rachel teen angst triangle, they should not be lost in the shuffle. We've transcribed the lyrics below, so you can start memorizing now.First up: Santana's (Naya Rivera) "Trouty Mouth." Dedicated to Sam, Santana  delivers these killer lines in a sultry cabaret style:Guppy faced trouty mouth Is that how people's lips look where you come from in the South?Grouper mouth, froggy limbsI love sucking on those salamander handsWanna put a fishhook in those lips--At that point, she was cut off by Sam.Second up, but first in our hearts: Puck's (Mark Salling) "Big A** Heart," a rockabilly backhanded compliment of a love song dedicated to current obsession Lauren Zizes:My girl went to the doctor cause her heart had palpitationsThey cut...

Glee Promo: Holly & Terri Return; New Epsiodes Resume in April

What did you think of this year's Regionals competition?  Was it better than last year's Journey-centric episode?  Did you like Glee's original songs?  Personally, my favorite competition performance was Rachel singing "Don't Rain on my Parade" at least year's Sectionals, but I enjoyed this episode, especially Kurt's duets with Blaine.  I did miss Josh Groban in the judges' room though. New Directions is now headed to Nationals, but I'm disappointed that Blaine and the Warblers didn't tie with them, thus ensuing a showdown at the end of the year.  I hope that we'll continue to see Blaine and Kurt in the coming episodes, even if they're not competing with the glee kids anymore.  But I suppose we'll be seeing Vocal Adrenaline go up against McKinley High in the ultimate competition for the season, which means we should see Charice reprise her role as Sunshine Corazon.
