Season 4 Episode 7 Review
What a great episode. The dynamic of the teams really changed in this episode. Matt came out on top, Ben shows his weak side, and Bobby was quiter than usual. I didn't realize Matt was such a great cook, I thought he was simply whiny but he really...

The Uk one is better
Personaly i much prefer the UK version, the american chefs are terrible and the show is generaly much more cheesey and looks so cheap; such as the opening sequence where people are stood there with a giant knife, WHAT IS THE POINT!

More Information
The format of the program was the same as the UK version, with a red team and a blue team competing in various cooking challenges for most of the season; once the number of remaining players are small enough, they become a single black team and compete individually. The restaurant's Belgian matre de, Jean Philippe Susilovic, came from Petrus, one of Ramsay's London restaurants. Jean Phillipe was also the matre de for the first UK series of Hell's Kitchen. Each team also had the services of one of two sous-chefs: Scott Leibfried and Mary Ann Salcedo.
