Season 6, Episode 5 - " HK6: Day Five "

For their challenge, both teams are asked to create two appetizers and one entrée for a welcome home party for Otis James, a U.S. Marine. One of the team's menus will be approved by Otis' wife and will be treated to a 'sky-high adventure', while the other team will have to decorate the dining room for the party. Chef Ramsay invites his wife Tana to advise the losing team on how to plan a party. During the dinner service, one of the team struggles to keep up with the tickets and ends up sending out cold food.
