'Hellcats' 1.10 Preview: Naked Picture Scandal

"It's something so controversial we can't say it on TV," the preview of next week's "Hellcats" says. It is referring to Alice whose compromising picture is sent around school to humiliate her. Lewis feels bad for Alice and agrees to help her find the culprit. The two discover Damian (guest star Josh Emerson), a football player, is the culprit and she vows revenge and plans to out him after she finds out he is gay. TV ratings: CMA Awards dominate Wednesday

Fast National ratings for Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2010 The CMA Awards were off slightly from their ratings last year, but they still gave ABC a big win on Wednesday night. The awards averaged 16.45 million viewers and a 9.8 rating/16 share in households for ABC, down a little from last year's audience but still way ahead of all the other networks. CBS (10.7 million, 6.4/11) came in second. NBC scored 6.4 million viewers and a 4.2/7 to finish a little ahead of FOX (5.7 million, 3.3/5). The CW brought in 2.3 million viewers and a 1.4/2. ABC also ruled the adults 18-49 demographic with a 4.7 rating. CBS and FOX tied for second at 2.7. NBC, 1.6, finished fourth, and The CW trailed with a 1.1. To Read More  Click Here.

THE CW STAGES MIDWEEK PEP RALLY, SCORES BEST WEDNESDAY WITH WOMEN 18-34 SINCE PREMIERE NIGHT Freshman “Hellcats” Builds By Double Digits in Key Demos Versus Last Week; Posts Best Performance in Over a Month in Target Demos November 11, 2010 (Burbank, CA) – Against the Country Music Awards on ABC, The CW staged its own pep rally last night, posting its best Wednesday in women 18-34 (2.0/6) since premiere night (on 9/8/10), based on preliminary live plus same day Nielsen ratings for November 10, 2010. The CW also matched its second best Wednesday of the season in adults 18-34 (1.3/4). The CW’s freshman drama HELLCATS soared to its best women 18-34 (1.7/5) and women 18-49 (1.3/3) ratings in five weeks (since 10/6/10) and best adult 18-34 (1.2/4) ratings in six weeks (9/29/10). Compared to last week, HELLCATS improved by 31% in women 18-34, 30% in women 18-49 and 20% in adults 18-34. AMERICA’S NEXT TOP MODEL was virtually on par with its performance last week, gaining a tenth in women 18-34 (2.2/7). NOTE: This season, AMERICA’S NEXT TOP MODEL has improved on average by 28% in women 18-34 and 24% in adults 18-34 over its live plus same day ratings once live-plus seven data becomes available.  HELLCATS gains on average an additional 20% in women 18-34 and 19% in adults 18-34 above these live plus same day deliveries once live plus seven day is included.

Meanwhile, Marti is conflicted over her feelings for Dan and Lewis, and focuses on Travis' (guest star Ben Cotton) case to keep her mind occupied. Vanessa finds out Bill Marsh (guest star Aaron Douglas) took away the Hellcats' gym and turns to Red for help. "Finish What We Started" airs November 10 on The CW. Savannah (Ashley Tisdale) decides she’s ready to spend the night with Dan (Matt Barr) and plans a romantic evening for the two of them, but things don’t exactly work out as she envisioned. Meanwhile, Alice (Heather Hemmens) usurps a PR story that was supposed to be on the Lancer football team and makes it about the Hellcats, much to Jake’s (guest star Ryan Kennedy) dismay. Marti (Aly Michalka) has conflicted feelings about Savannah taking it to the next level with Dan. Robbie Jones also stars.
