Season 1, Episode 2 - "Battle Of The Sexes"
Brad, at the corral, is helping people begin her breakfast ride. Horse ride, that is. In the sub-plot of the episode, Danny gushes to Melody about how great Brad is. She agrees. He then proceeds to ask about Brad's birthday, then Melody's, and Ted's, as Ted arrives. After dropping more hints, he leaves. Ted tells Melody that Danny always does this around his birthday. Ted tells Melody that he will have a surprise party the next day on Danny's birthday. They agree not to give Danny any hints that they remember his birthday. They tease Danny as Danny comes back hinting. Ted and Brad clean a guest room. Brad is disgusted at Ted's cleaning skills and says she's glad she's a girl, neat and tidy. Ted says guys are ""infinitely superior"" to girls at everything. Brad is a bit mad at these statements. Brad tells him all the girls at her girls get the best grades and asks Ted to guess why. He can't guess. She says she goes to an all-girls school. He thinks that's stupid because he couldn't figure
