Chad Paddock, Las Vegas firefighter is engaged to marry Diane Valarde, a school teacher in Boulder City, Nevada. The have a budget of $200,000 for their new home in the Green Valley area of Las Vegas. They hope to find a home with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large backyard and a two-car garage.
