Each week they take one woman who is unhappy with her body and delve into how long her negative body image has affected her life and see just how far she goes to avoid being seen naked.

Gok Wan, fashion stylist to the stars, gets straight to the core of each woman's insecurities by demonstrating that their perception is awry. Using body line-ups and graphics imaging, we see just how far out these women's self-image is. Gok then offers advice on how to dress to suit their shape.

With secrets from the world of fashion and beauty, he arms each woman with the confidence to show her body off first of all fully clothed, and then to be photographed completely naked.

Once empowered the woman learns to love the skin she's in, and all without resorting to drastic measures such as extreme dieting or plastic surgery.
