Rosemary tries to help Jane's nanny Horatio and his nanny friends, by unionizing them so they get the benefits that they deserve, but ends up creating trouble. Jane takes a week's vacation off of work to spend with her baby Sophie, but it ends being more hectic than she hoped. Jason and Emily's attempt at a 'stay-cation' does not impress their children.
