The Story Starts in Feudal Japan, when tha half demon InuYasha steals the Jewel of Four Souls. He trys to get away but Kikyo wouldnt allow it. She pinned him to the sacred tree. Even though she had stopped InuYasha she suffered from severe injuries and died. In Modern time, a junior high school girl named Kagome Higurashi, is on her way to school. She stops by her family shrine first to retreive her cat ,Buyo. In the shrine a giant centipede demon emerges and drags Kagome iin. Not knowing where she is, she wanders through the forest until she came across a tree with a boy on it. She sees the arrow and pulls it out, awakening InuYasha from his 50 year slumber. At that point he notices the centipede demon and kills it. He then notices Kagome and thinks she Kikyo. InuYasha then tries to take the Jewel of Four Souls but is stopped by Kaede with prayer Beads. The beads allow Kagome to say a phrase and Inuyasha will go face first into the ground. The next thing they know, a giant Crow demon attacks them. He swallows the Jewel and takes off. Kagome hits it with her arrow killing it, but shattering the Jewel into millions of pieces. Now Kagome, InuYasha and their companions Miroku, Sango, Shippo and Kilala must find the Jewel shards before the evil Naraku does.
