Summary

Jack Coleman is a veteran American Actor now most recently known as Noah Bennet on NBC's hit TV show Heroes. He is a sixth generation grandchild of American inventor Benjamin Franklin, and the youngest of seven children. He attended Duke University, where he decided to pursue acting as a career. After graduating from Duke in 1980, he attended the National Theater Institute.

Career Attributes

His first major role was in the soap opera Days of Our Lives, where he appeared as the character Jake Kositchek. In 1982, he joined the cast of Dynasty when he took over portraying one of the first gay characters on television, Steven Carrington. Coleman left Dynasty in 1988 to star in a play. He later became a regular on the short-lived series Nightmare Cafe in 1992 and appeared in the 2004 mini-series Kingdom Hospital. He made numerous guest appearances including Nip/Tuck and is now currently a main cast member of the science fiction show Heroes, where he plays Noah Bennet (a.k.a "Horn-Rimmed Glasses").
