Kathleen Madigan (born September 30, 1965, in Florissant, MO, USA) is an American comedian. She has appeared on Last Comic Standing, I Love the 90s: Part Deux, and Celebrity Poker Showdown. She has also starred in her own popular HBO Half-Hour Comedy Special and a Comedy Central Presents special. She is a veteran of The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Late Night with Conan O'Brien, The Late Show with David Letterman, and The Bob and Tom Show. Also, you can hear Ms. Madigan's comedy on Sirius Satellite Radio channel 103 Blue Collar Comedy, and XM Satellite Radio channel 150 XM Comedy. She has dated comedians, including Ron White and Lewis Black. She has recorded three CDs, Kathleen Madigan (1996), Shallow Happy Thoughts for the Soul (2002), and In Other Words (2005). She has also released a DVD, Live in Denver (2004). She is also a talent scout for the 5th season of Last Comic Standing on NBC, along with Alonzo Bodden and ANT. Madigan is now appearing on Comedy Central's new television series Lewis Black's Root of All Evil. She is one of the advocates who lobbies for their side to be considered the "root of all evil".
