Jimmy Fallon's Top Chef Birthday Bash

For once, you don't need to stay up past midnight to see Jimmy Fallon when the Late Night host serves as the guest of honor on tonight's Top Chef All-Stars . To celebrate his 36th birthday, the reality-show fanatic invited his friends and family to a three-hour feast prepared by the eight remaining cheftestants at Manhattan's Colicchio & Sons. "I'm so lucky," says Fallon. "It was really like something where you go, 'Oh, this is crazy — I can't believe this is happening.'" Adds Fallon's mom, Gloria, "His birthday parties as a kid weren't this elaborate. We'd go to McDonald's and play games in the backyard."

We know Leighton plays a crazy girl in her new movie The Roommate, but now we're starting to wonder if the crazy has rubbed off on Leighton in real life! Ice Cube Starts a Snowball Fight with Jimmy Fallon (VIDEO)

Ice Cube admitted to never having made a snowball (?!) when he visited 'Late Night' (weeknights, 12:37AM ET on NBC). "It's like making a giant meatball," advised Jimmy Fallon. The rapper replied, "I didn't make no meatballs either, but I'll try." "Isn't 'Cube' Italian?" joked the host. Each armed with a bucket of snow, they proceeded to make and throw snowballs at targets. The smaller the target, the more points rewarded, and whoever earned the most points in under a minute won the game. Though a snowball novice, Ice Cube had better aim. He was up by four points (with 30 seconds left) when he turned to Fallon and pummeled him with snow. Fight!
