UK vs US

I'm a long-standing fan of the BBC Life on Mars (and the sequel Ashes to Ashes) and watched the first episode of the US version for comparison.

I just want to know what people think of the two versions? Preferences, and why?

Somethings wrong with most of the links

Somethings wrong with most of the links, for one they all seem to go back to abc.com, and I keep getting an error message from the shi##y player that, in my case has hardly ever worked when I've tried to play videos from their web player.

Hey just thought I would tell you guys that you have the wrong picture at the top of the page, that one is from the U.K. version. Because I see "The Master" from Doctor Who.

What now?

Anyone knows what is happening with the show now? is it realy over for the season or they're just taking a break? It'd be much appreciated if anyone could tell me if the season is over or if they've taken a break when the show will be back.

Am I the only person that can't find episode 1 on the ABC website?
