When Piplup becomes over exhausted, Ash and friends must hurry to a Pokémon Center to treat it. Meanwhile, Team Rocket has been living a luxurious life style ever since the Pokémon Summer Academy ended. When they realize that they've been gaining weight, they decide to start a strict training regime and get "back to the basics".
