Ash and friends continue their journey to Mount Silver and the home of Larvitar. While walking in a forest they run into their old friend Casey. She is in the area trying to capture on Elekid that is a trickster. Ash, Misty, and Brock decide to catch up with her and help her capture Elekid. Meanwhile, Team Rocket have a run in with the Magikarp Salesman. He convinces them to trade James' Victreebel for a Weepinbell that knows Sweet Scent. Jessie and Meowth want to use it immediately, but James is still sad that his Victreebel is gone.
