Addison receives a surprise visit from her brother, Archer (Grant Show), who's also a surgeon, and his presence causes trouble not only for her but for Naomi and Sam as well. Meanwhile, Meg (Jayne Brook) returns and tries to make it work with Pete; and a patient accused of a malicious crime stirs up anger in Violet and Dell.
