Heidi Klum Had the Perfect Response After Donald Trump Said She's "No Longer a 10" -

In a New York Times interview that was published Sunday, Donald Trump insisted that, contrary to popular belief, he believes women are "amazing." But then he added, by way of example: "Heidi Klum. Sadly, she's no longer a 10." The Project Runway host and judge took the remark in stride, posting a video on Monday that shows her holding up a sign reading "10," which gets changed to a "9.9" at the behest of a man wearing a Donald Trump mask. #TrumpHasSpoken #sadly #9.99 #NoLongerA10 #IHadAGoodRun #donaldtrump #HeidiTrumpsTrump #BeautyIsInTheEyeOfTheBeheld — Heidi Klum (@heidiklum) August 17, 2015 Read the full article at .

Why Tim Gunn lost his cool on this season of 'Project Runway'

Fourteen seasons into a reality TV competition, most shows can be forgiven for defaulting to an aint broke, dont fix it mentality, but the new season of Lifetimes design series will feature something unprecedented: a seriously pissed-off Tim Gunn. Ahead of the new season, which begins on...  Read More...

The Most Important Shows on TV: Week of August 3, 2015

Which TV series will your friends (and the entire internet) be talking about this week? Stay informed—or at least be able to fake it—with SideReel's weekly guide to The Most Important Shows on TV.   UnREAL (Season Finale) Monday at 10:00pm on Lifetime Why: Because this show's become a cult hit! I was going to say an "under-the-radar cult hit" but that would be kind of redundant, right? Anyway, it was created by former Bachelor staffers and it's prompted a response from Bachelor / ette host Chris Harrison (he's not a fan), which should be enough to make it a guilty pleasure for both fans and haters of dating shows. Prepare to talk about: How every character on this show is nucking futs! How it's probably closer to real life than we want to admit; why it's taken Shiri Appleby so long to find a show since Roswell went off the air in 2002.   America's Next Top Model (Season Premiere) Wednesday at 9:00pm on The CW Why: Look, it's not what once was. Basically, after they did the short girl season, it never recovered from a being a dumb concept show cycle after cycle. THAT BEING SAID, it's still Top Model and it still has a place in the pop culture pantheon, especially during the dog days of summer. I'll admit I don't like the girls vs. guys concept, but whatever, I'll still watch. And so will Alex . [Tyra voice] And so. Will. You. Prepare to talk about: TYRA'S SHORT HAIR (finally walking the Mia-Farrow-in-Rosemary's-Baby walk... except not even, what a hypocrite); which of the contestants is the most forgettable; how happy you are Bryanboy is gone.   Project Runway (Season Premiere) Thursday at 9:00pm on Lifetime Why: The high class yang to Top Model 's yin, it's only fitting that Project Runway also premieres this week. Also (fairly severely) diminished from its heyday (sigh, will we ever have a year like 2006 again?), it's still our best/only way to get our bitchy fashion fix. Let's hope they've dropped the Red Robin challenge (lol) this year. That was just sad. Prepare to talk about: Wheee! How much further downmarket can they go?! How you'd love to have Tim Gunn giving you advice every day; whether the show will ever produce another designer on the same level as Christian Siriano; how Zac Posen is NO Michael Kors.   Leah E. 'Project Runway: Threads' is a pint-sized delight

Any show where the contestants are young enough that they must be accompanied by their parents is going to be adorable, and the series premiere of "  Project Runway: Threads " does not disappoint in this respect. Instead of the season-long drawn out competition format of its parent show, it instead consists of stand alone competitions more in line with many individually packaged Food Network programs.    Once the crushing feeling that these talented kids will be more successful before they are out of their teens than you ever will be passes, "Threads" is a bright and fun adaptiation of its parent show. For a prize of $25,000 a group of young designers but design one garment in the style chosen by the judges. Of course, a twist is thrown in halfway through the challenge but not one that would derail their initial efforts completely.  Read More...
