Red Dwarf is absolutely hilarious! Never fails to make me laugh. Shame about the dodgy time slot it had when it was on. "Quarantine" is my fave episode. It has you laughing the whole way through.
I didn't like the new ones at all. I love the others, but back to earth just didn't work at all, it didn't have the amazing story line combined with brilliant low budget sets. It just didn't work.
Red Dwarf is brilliant, particularly the episode "Gunmen of the Apocalypse." It's consistently silly, good natured, and irreverent, with a liberal helping of nonsequator weirdness.
