Following on from Escape to River Cottage, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall begins his second year as a smallholder in west Dorset. With a year of experience as a small holder behind him, Hugh adds cattle to the River Cottage livestock and launches the commercial venture: The River Cottage Glutton. Next year he returns with River Cottage Forever.
Episode 6
With a failed hay harvest, Hugh must somehow acquire enough hay to feed the animals throughout the winter. His solution? A party, instead of a bring a bottle party, it's bring a bale.
