Tormented by Robin, the Sheriff finds himself sleepwalking straight into Sherwood Forest on the very day that Prince John's messenger arrives to check all is well. Gisborne tasks Robin with tracking down the missing Sheriff; the Sheriff, however, is intent on getting the Pact of Nottingham back. Finding the Sheriff absent, the messenger summons Prince John's army and prepares to raze the town to the ground at sunset.
