USA Network has announced its Summer 2013 line-up which consists of new originals and fan favorite returning series. The network will launch two new series, including the provocative drama GRACELAND from WHITE COLLAR creator Jeff Eastin, starring and Daniel Sunjata (“Rescue Me”) Aaron Tveit (“Les Miserables”), and the fun-filled reality competition series SUMMER CAMP from the producers of “Big Brother.” The seventh season of BURN NOTICE returns on Thursday, June 6 at 9/8c, followed by the much-anticipated launch of GRACELAND at 10/9c. The folks over at TV Guide reported exclusively yesterday that former ‘Royal Pains’ alum actress Jill Flint will be making a guest appearance in an upcoming episode of the new CBS drama Elementary . She will play Alysa Darvin, a “beguiling young woman who catches the eye of Detective Bell (Jon Michael Hill) when he helps Sherlock (Jonny Lee Miller) investigate a heist in the middle of a blizzard”. Thanks to a report at TV Line on Friday, fans of the long-running USA Network medical series Royal Pains has given a promotion to actor Ben Shenkman, who has been recurring on the series as Dr.Jeremiah Sacani since last season. Dr. Sacani was hired as the replacement for Hank (Mark Feuerstein) by his brother Evan (Paulo Costanzo) last season when the two were fighting over how HankMed, the concierge medical practice the two “created” after venturing to The Hamptons several years ago. After the brothers worked out their differences, Dr. Sacani remained on staff because he is an accomplished researcher and excellent at his work; but he has a bad bedside manner due to being incredibly socially awkward.
