Rules Renewed!
CBS announced today that Rules of Engagement has been renewed for another season.
It joins The Unit, How I Met Your Mother and The New Adventures of Old Christine all of which also have just received renewals.

Rules of Engagement is a sitcom that debuted on CBS on February 5, 2007, as a midseason replacement, immediately following Two and a Half Men, in the time slot that was occupied by The New Adventures of Old Christine. The series is produced by Adam Sandler's Happy Madison Productions and is distributed by Sony Pictures Television. After a successful first season, it was renewed for a second season to begin on Monday, September 24. However, the show's ratings (shown below) did decline from 14.98 million to 9.32, losing 38% of its original audience.

Summary
Rules of Engagement Premiere: September 24, 2007 Status: On Hiatus (Season Concluded) Rules of Engagement is a sitcom on CBS in which two couples and their single friend deal with the complications of dating, commitment and marriage. It looks at different relationships in various stages, starring Oliver Hudson and Bianca Kajlich as newly engaged sweethearts, Patrick Warburton and Megyn Price as a long-married couple and David Spade as their still-single friend. Featuring writers from the Emmy Award winning show, Everybody Loves Raymond.
