Each webisode of Sanctuary follows the exploits of Dr. Helen Magnus (Amanda Tapping - Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis) as she seeks out all manner of terrifying and monstrous creatures. She is aided in her quest by her reluctant protege Will Zimmerman (Robin Dunne, Dawson's Creek, The Big Hit, Species 3) and her intrepid, if somewhat reckless, daughter Ashley (Emilie Ullerup, Battlestar Galactica). Together they are drawn into a frightening and mysterious world populated by beings that defy explanation. Sanctuary was created by veteran science fiction writer and producer Damian Kindler and directed by Martin Wood (Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis). Kindler, Tapping and Wood serve as executive producers along with N. John Smith (Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis).

    Ashley and Henry are captured by the Cabal after breaking into their weapons factory. While being restrained Ashley learns from Dana Whitcomb that the plan they have for the virus to be released worldwide will still go ahead. In a different part of the facility Henry is being kept strapped to a hospital bed. The Cabal intend to use chemicals to turn him into his abnormal state, and keep him that way.

What happened to episode 2

I went to the site to watch episode 2 and found they skipped from 1 to 3. What happened to episode 2? I even tried to get it from the scifi site and couldn't get it there either.

The leader of the Sanctuary, Dr Helen Magnus is 157 years old and mother to Ashley Magnus. Helen attended the Royal College in Victorian England, one of the first women to do so. Extended life has been a side effect of the work she does, and she does not necessarily see this as a gift.

Ashley Magnus

Ashley Magnus is the daughter of Helen Magnus. In her mid-twenties Ashley has some lethal skills and a bag em tag em attitude that may lead her down the road to darkness. Ashley is also the daughter of Jack the Ripper.

Dr. Will Zimmerman

Dr. Will Zimmerman is a psychiatrist and new to the Sanctuary. He has not previously encountered the kind of residents the Sanctuary holds, however had a childhood experience that would lead him to believe it if he had to.
