Biography
Bolger was born in Dublin, Ireland, the daughter of Monica and Derek Bolger, who is a butcher.[2] She has a younger sister, actress Emma Bolger. As a youth Sarah attended The Young People's Theatre School in Dublin. Currently Sarah attends Loreto High School, Beaufort in Rathfarnham.
Bolger's next film, Iron Cross, where she plays a heroic young Polish girl during WWII named Kashka, is set to release early in 2010.

She recently starred in the film adaptation of the children's novel The Spiderwick Chronicles with Freddie Highmore.
