Celebrated indie director Tennyson Bardwell (DORIAN BLUES) directs THE SKEPTIC, a terrific ghost story combining classic psychological thrills with all-out horror. Tim Daly stars as a no-nonsense man who is forced to face the supernatural, and secrets that await. Power-lawyer Bryan Becket (Daly) is hard-pressed to believe anything that he can't immediately explain. After his aunt's mysterious death, he ignores reports that the elderly woman's Victorian mansion is haunted, and moves in. Strange things start to happen in the old house, and Becket senses that there is some connection there to his troubled, violent past. When familiar ghosts start to reveal themselves, Becket turns to a coy medium (Zoe Saldana) and his loyal friend (Tom Arnold) to help him explain the unexplainable.
