Warehouse 13 has a new agent. Former Smallville actor Aaron Ashmore is joining Syfy’s summertime hit as a series regular. Ashmore will play Steve Jinks, a young ATF agent with an ability to tell when somebody is lying. Jinks is recruited by Mrs. Frederic (CCH Pounder) to be Pete’s (Eddie McClintock) new Warehouse 13 partner as they search for mysterious artifacts. As fans know, last year’s second season finale had Myka Bering (Joanne Kelly) quitting her job at the Warehouse after being betrayed by HG Wells (Jaime Murray). As for whether Kelly will appear on the show again … well, that’s a good question. We’ll have to wait and see on that one. Season 3 of Warehouse 13 will have 13 new episodes this summer. Last season the series averaged 3.4 million viewers, making it Syfy’s most-watched show. Ashmore’s Jimmy Olsen was killed off on Smallville in 2009. He’s also appeared on shows like In Plain Sight, Veronica Mars , and Fringe. Random factiod : Warehouse 13 received an Emmy nomination last year for Outstanding Main Title Theme Music. http://insidetv.ew.com/2011/02/17/smallville-warehouse-13-ashmore/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed:+ew/hollywoodinsider+(Entertainment+Weekly/EW.com's:+Hollywood+Insider)

The Smallville season 8 finale is almost here, and with it comes the final confrontation between Clark and Doomsday. Everyone has encouraged Clark to do different things, either let Davis live, kill him, or send him to the Phantom Zone. The CW released a video clip from the finale that proposes an interesting new alternative from an unlikely source. In this clip, Legion member Cosmic Boy returns from the future to let Clark know that he's going to die at the hands of Doomsday. In keeping with time travel rules, Clark altered the future when he saved Chloe from her Brainiac infection. However, saving Chloe wasn't a good thing, because she then developed her relationship with Davis and tried to kill him with the Kryptonite shower that actually made him invincible. Cosmic Boy reveals that by saving Chloe, Clark made it so Doomsday would kill him. Cosmic Boy's solution? Give Clark another time travel ring so he can send Doomsday into the future where the Legion is prepared to fight him. If he doesn't, Clark will die. Source & Preview
