When Cartman gets from the tooth fairy the boys come up with a scheme that will get them the new Sega videogame system. When the plan doesnít work and they find out the truth about the tooth fairy, they decide to go to a rich neighborhood and steal the rich kidís tooth fairy money only to discover they are going against a mob that has the tooth trade market cornered. Meanwhile, Kyle looks for reality when he realizes that everything his parents have ever told him is a lie.
